杭州鑫富节能材料有限公司，是上市公司浙江杭州鑫富药业股份有限公司的控股子公司。座落于距杭州30公里的临安经济开发区，公司成立于2010年2月，注册资本3000万元，占地面积16500平方米，厂房面积7262平方米。
   公司配备了世界先进的研发、生产、检测设备，汇集了一批专业从事研究开发的科技人才，建立了完善的管理、科研、生产、销售、服务体系。产品有发泡硅胶、碳纤维/玻璃纤维管材、EVA太阳能电池胶膜等。公司原料及硅橡胶生产已通过ISO9001认证，各种硅橡胶制品均已达到欧盟提出的ROHS标准，配有SGS证明；公司生产的玻璃辊用玻璃纤维作为无机物，成本相对较低，生产出的产品具有耐腐蚀、耐变形，提高转速等优点；公司生产的EVA太阳能电池胶膜从性能上优于国内同类产品，且在耐紫外线防止变色等方面较国内同类产品也具有一定的优势。
